Speed London provides collection and express delivery services. Estimated times and schedules are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate collection and delivery information.
It is the client’s responsibility to properly pack items to ensure safety during transport.
4. Limitation of Liability
Speed London shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from delays, losses, or damages occurring under circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any direct damage or loss shall be limited to the value of the contracted service.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not accept for transport illegal, hazardous, flammable, perishable items, live animals, or items prohibited by law.
6. Routing System
Speed London uses systems based on third-party mapping services, including the official Google Maps API, to optimise delivery routes. The client acknowledges that any inaccuracies or unavailability of these services are not the responsibility of Speed London.
7. Changes to Terms
Speed London reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them periodically.
8. Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of this jurisdiction.
